Kente & West Africa Textiles.

We’re thrilled to showcase two iconic textiles: Kente Ewe and Kente Ashanti, each representing the rich heritage of their respective tribes. These timeless and historic fabrics have inspired top designers like Jasper Conran and Robert Kime, who famously incorporated Kente cloth into their bespoke sofa designs.

On a trip to London, Binky had the chance to visit Robert Kime’s shop and see his work up close - an unforgettable moment of inspiration.

We’ve always admired the incredible work of @hal

We’ve always admired the incredible work of @haldanemartin, so we were naturally thrilled to see our Zulu Mbiza Basket styled so elegantly in their latest campaign.

Beautifully shot by @missemmajude, styled by @sanripienaar and showcased alongside creations from @wiid_design, @janawasserman, and @houseofzaan.

We’ve also been busy experimenting with new colours for the Mbiza Basket, introducing vibrant pinks, oranges, yellows, and blues.
